Support Missouri Youth for the Long Term

Sports shooting gives youth a different avenue to learn responsibility, leadership and teamwork. But this sport does incur expenses with ranges, supplies, entry fees, training and more. MYSSA seeks to support stable, long-term funding for Missouri youth shooters so all of our student athletes are able to enjoy shooting sports with their peers — in a scholastic and safe environment — without the associated costs inherent to sport shooting.

Through the MidwayUSA Foundation, Missouri youth shooting sports teams and athletes have the opportunity to invest in the future of the sport. If you are interested in supporting Missouri’s youth shooters through a monetary donation, we recommend donating through the MidwayUSA Foundation to help your donation go further.

Investing in Missouri’s Youth

In addition to supporting the skills needed for shooting sports, MYSSA works to show Missouri youth the advantages of investing and saving through the MidwayUSA Foundation. Through the foundation, sport shooting teams can access investment needed to fund their teams and learn how to raise funds and save funds for future needs.

Because of this, we encourage people interested in making a monetary donation to also contribute to their endowment.

The MidwayUSA Foundation Endowment

The Missouri Youth Sports Shooting Alliance (MYSSA) is funded through the MidwayUSA Foundation. Our relationship with the MidwayUSA Foundation allows MYSSA to receive funds from our endowment each year. The MidwayUSA Foundation provides the same opportunity to more than 2,500 teams, providing nearly $100 million in grants since their inception as a nonprofit with nearly $500 million in endowment funds.

The MidwayUSA Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity working to sustain and grow shooting sports by providing long-term funding to youth shooting teams. Every donation made is tax-deductible and allows the Foundation to assist in expanding and enhancing the leadership skills, confidence, and discipline of today’s youth through shooting sports activities. We support all shooting disciplines.
